IPSA Responsibilities and Articles:
- Execute association plans and assist members requests from the committee decisions
- Participate port/ harbor development strategy discussion and investigation, provides the suggestions and consultations to members in the open forums
- Apply the business projects for global investors in shipping industry
- Issue professional information and develop industry statistics
- Organize the annual conference for ports and shipping exhibition and forums
- Organize communication events online or co-organize events with other global ports associations
- Facilitate global shipping business connection and network
IPSA Board of Directors
IPSA is directed under the GFO Association Board plus the regional port authorities, Ship owners' high-level managers. The normal fair dealing with the members' issues is consulted and guided b the GFO Finance and Law Partners.
IPSA members and Articles
- Submit annual membership to be listed as IPSA partner
- Update the member profile annually
- Attend the annual conference for business corporations
- All the members have rights on supervisory authority on IPSA
- Have legitimate rights in protection in business privacy
- Free to withdraw the membership by deadline prior to the end of year
Membership Classification
1. Associate member
An associate member is qualified as the port authority, the shipping network organization, the maritime line and the container terminal officials. Any international organization will be enrolled with associates.
2. Corporation member
A corporate member is qualified as a business from shipping broker industry, container terminal operation, shipping freight and warehouse. For member who owns multi-branches in difference regions, and they will be honored as premium corporate members.
